This spinach artichoke dip is the ultimate crowd pleaser for any party or quiet night at home. It is creamy, savory, and goes perfectly with just about anything you want to dip into it.

My favorite trick for the best texture is to make sure you squeeze all the extra liquid out of the spinach before mixing. This keeps the dip nice and thick rather than watery.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

6Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. 3

Stir in the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

Spread the mixture into a small baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

  5. 5

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is hot, bubbly, and the cheese is golden on top.

  6. 6

Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.

Tips

You can assemble this dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you are ready to bake. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container for up to three days and reheat in the microwave or oven.
